DAY 1

Day 1

Welcome to Australia, or if you’ve been here for a while. Welcome to Brisbane!

On arrival, you’ll be picked up by our crew from either Brisbane Domestic or international airport and taken to your accommodation at Bunk Hostel - your home for the next few nights.

As everyone arrives at different times, the first day is for you to catch up on sleep and explore the city at your leisure. Use the Beatstravellers app to familiarise yourself with your new surroundings. Download here IOS & Google Play store.

At 5 pm you will have your welcome to Brisbane Induction where your crew will kick off the night with a presentation, giving you a proper insight into your time in Australia where you can ask any questions you may have regarding your time here.

The team will be on hand to help you get set up with all your essentials including your SIM card, Tax file Number (TFN) and set you up with your Australian Superannuation. Your guide will be there to answer questions on anything Aus related and even find you some of the best Queensland deals.

DAY 2

Day 2

Today is your first official day on our Brisbane Beats experience, where you’ll explore the Southbank, chill on the Streets Beach and more.

Throughout the day, you can use the interactive map on The Beatstravellers app to discover experiences around you - cafes, lunch spots, local bars and Cultural sites.

You’ll be taken on a guided excursion around Brisbane including:

Wilsons lookout (stop)
Kangaroo Point cliffs (stop)
Southbank – (stop)
West end – (drive-through)
Botanical gardens
Caxton st + Suncorp stadium
Mt Coo-tha lookout
Kayak Tour

In the evening, you’ll get the chance to explore the city with your new travel mates. Our team will be on hand with any questions you may have or you can use the Beatstravellers app to find experiences around you.

DAY 3

Day 3

After a busy few welcome days, today you’ll have the chance to get started on finding a job, setting up your bank account, chill out or you may choose to take on one of our optional experiences.

That evening we’ll be meeting around 5 pm for an early BBQ/Dinner before enjoying drinks at Birdees Nightclub.

Tonight is all about celebrating the good times! There will be everything from beer pong to bar prizes and a whole lot more.
